At The Poké Store, we want you to love your new gear as much as a rare holographic find. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached and the garment is in its original, unworn condition.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
